Frank was great – he Explained and went through everything but not in a long winded or pushy way which was nice. He answered all my questions I had and was very knowledgable and pleasant – it makes a change not to have a company shoving the sales speech down your throat!!! The house I am living in now for the past 20 years has the original doors and windows in that Hi tech put in 43years ago so I know that they last!!!!! Looking forward to having new windows now – might even think about getting a nice new front door in the future!

I had High-Tech windows and doors fitted throughout our property and at the time, after installation, I felt I had to write to you to say what a fantastic job your team of fitters had carried out. Well, it’s happened again!!!! I had an alignment problem with our patio doors and the locking mechanism was causing problems. I hardly had time to put the phone down before your technician had arrived and very professionally fixed the fault… What a fantastic service and company High-Tech is.

I have recently had a repair to the conservatory which I purchased from your company 12/13 years ago. Duncan March (Service Engineer) came along and assessed the situation and after a few weeks came to Winterbourne and affected a repair. Since then it has had a real test with the heavy rainstorms, and the conservatory was totally dry. I am so pleased with the efficient way your staff dealt with the situation and delighted when I was told there would be no charge especially with the guarantee no longer in operation. The Goodwill that goes along with such a gesture is tremendous

I would just like to say how pleased I am with your exceptional product support and the professionalism of your staff. I had a small problem with a window that had been fitted fitted five years ago and this was fixed without any fuss within a few hours of my call to the Office. I would like to thank you for your help getting planning permission for my windows. It wasn’t the easiest thing in the world but you managed it. The crew who fitted my windows were helpful, polite, cheerful and cleaned up after themselves every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The windows have transformed the house. I love the sashes but also the simpler ones on the back windows look lovely too.

Your fitters Toby and David fitted new patio doors and two exterior doors for us on Monday 2nd October and what pleasant and efficient people they were too. We were highly surprised yesterday to be contacted by Toby who said that he had realised that they had not fitted some plastic caps(?) to the exterior doors – which we were completely unaware of – and could he come along and fit them. We of course agreed and within half an hour he arrived and fitted them. Now I call this customer service of the very highest degree. Most impressed. Would you please thank Toby and David. I have just been visited by Duncan of HiTech service department and want to give a recommendation for excellent customer care – he went beyond the remit of investigating a leaking roof to also spotting & rectifying a problem with the gutter.

Courteous, hard workers, pleasant to have around and the white lean-to makes a small room seem bigger.
