After sales care

As a company, we have outlived our 10 year warranty period twice over and with so many customers to take care of, After Sales Service is very much a part of our Customer Care Policy. Should a fault occur and it is a security problem, it is always given the utmost priority. Otherwise, all service calls are attended to by one of three full time service engineers as soon as humanly possible and specific ‘to the minute’ appointments are made with the customer.

Each member of staff that will take care of your home improvement is fully trained and are there to ensure that every stage of installation is undertaken to the highest build standards with attention given to every detail.
