High-Tech Windows is a different kind of window company in many ways. When we began trading in the Spring of 1985 our business plan was simple - to not only improve homes with a range of high quality Windows, Doors and Conservatories but to offer a far higher level of service and efficiency you would normally associate a double glazing firm.

Over the years this policy proved to be the foundation for our success and growth and today we are recognised as one of the largest, leading, independent home improvement companies in the South-West with a turnover exceeding £6m.

From our head office and large indoor showroom at Staverton Technology Park in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we employ over 50 dedicated staff to service demand for our product range and maintain the high levels of customer care we offer. Many of our staff have been with us since we began and all are highly trained and efficient in what they do best.

Our Sales Consultants have an in depth knowledge of all products and will be pleased to offer you friendly yet professional advice - our fitting teams are skilled craftsmen and will show the utmost respect to you and your home whilst installation is in progress - and to ensure every aspect of your home improvement runs as efficiently as possible, our administration staff will keep you informed at all times as to what is happening and when.

The high levels of Customer Care and service we provide has had its rewards and as a Window company, we were one of the first in the U.K to be awarded the BSi Kitemark license for survey and installation. The benefit to you as a customer is that you can be assured of good quality management and a product range that has undergone rigorous testing.

We were also the first Window company in the U.K to become members of the 'Ultraframe Ultra Installers' association and more recently, we have become one of the founding members of the DGCOS ( 'Double Glazing Ombudsman Scheme' ) launched and promoted by Nick Ross of T.V Watchdog fame in August 2010. The DGCOS is the most prestigious accreditation a glazing company can receive and our membership offers all customers a 'Peace of Mind" pack that includes a Deposit Protection Certificate and an Insurance backed guarantee to underwrite our own 10 year Comprehensive warranty.
